To Replace the mobile screen with another footage

I started by adding planar tracker note to track the mobile screen
Next, I tracked the Screen shape.
Since I want the replacement footage to fit exactly within the mobile screen,
I extracted a ‘Corner pin’ data with the screen shape.
Next I imported the video file and added reformate note to adjust the resolution and then added transform note to place it
After that i added roto paint to erase the track point
With the help of chroma key i replaced the green screen background
finally, I merged using the merge note and rendered the final output using the write note
